Why we're called Believer
Buying a home asks a family to believe a developer for three or four years before they get the keys. We think that trust should be earned in writing, not in advertising.
So we keep our promises simple and put them in writing. We show you the papers before you pay, we write out the payment plan before you commit, and we let you see the home before you decide.
It is a slower way to grow. It is also the only way we know to hand over homes that families are proud to live in, and that their neighbours want to buy next.

- Title documents and approvals are shown before you pay, and your own lawyer is welcome to check them.
- Homes you can see
- Photographs, videos and site visits, so you decide with your own eyes and not only a brochure.
- Payments in writing
- Instalment and EMI schedules are written out before you commit, with every amount and date.
- One person to call
- A named relationship manager stays with every buyer from the first call to the keys.
